Patrick Hiwa

Patrick Hiwa is a passionate individual about conservation and environmental stewardship, with a role to combine technical skills  and commitment to environmental sustainability., supporting African parks s’ mission of restoring and protecting Malawi’ s natural heritage for the benefit of the people and wildlife.

In 2001 he worked with F & LK Civil Engineering Company and managed to Construct numerous solid drifts and bridges, to improve road accessibility within Majete Wildlife Reserve. He joined African Parks Majete wildlife Reserve in April 2003. He was promoted to Technical manager’s position in African Parks -Liwonde National Park. In January 2025 his position was later changed to Junior operations Manager in the same park.
