Esther Nguinambaye

Esther joined the Chinko team in 2025 as Human Resources Manager. With a background of over 10 years’ experience in Human Resources, she comes from the food industry, where she strongly contributed to reinforcing and maintaining the employee engagement. She is passionate about people and is a strong believer in wildlife conservation. She now supports the AP-CAR team with their strategic labour relationship.
