Tarinan Teloumbaye

Tarinan Teloumbaye is a seasoned Human Resources and Administrative Manager with over 10 years of expertise in managing HR functions, recruitment, training, career development, payroll, and internal communications. Currently serving as the HR Manager at Zakouma, he brings a wealth of experience in leading teams and overseeing HR operations in various organizations, including Express Union Chad, where he held pivotal roles such as HR & Administrative Director and Assistant in the HR Division. Throughout his career, Tarinan has been responsible for recruitment, staff integration, and personnel records management, including CNPS registrations and payroll. He has also built strong relationships with public and semi-public institutions, ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining key connections with organizations such as ONAPE and CNPS. Beyond traditional HR duties, Tarinan has shown his versatility by managing impactful projects, including coordinating cash distribution missions to vulnerable communities in collaboration with PAM, OXFAM, and IRC. Holding a Master’s in Human Resources Management from the University of Moundou, he combines solid academic knowledge with practical experience.
