Kikili Labasso Rufin Saint Claire began his professional career at African Parks in February 2016, shortly after obtaining his baccalaureate, as a radio operator in the Chinko Conservation Area, in Central African Republic. He undertook a BFR training course from October to December 2016 to better understand field operations.

In 2017, he temporarily left Chinko to pursue university studies in Management Information Technology, which he completed over two years. In 2019, he rejoined Chinko s as a Control Room Technician and was subsequently promoted to Deputy Head of the unit, which comprises 12 staff members, in recognition of his performance.

In 2023, he was awarded a USFWS scholarship to undertake a two-year specialized training in wildlife management at the School of Wildlife in Garoua, Cameroon. Upon his return in August 2025, he was promoted to Deputy Coordinator of the Law Enforcement unit in Chinko. He was later assigned to support the Biodiversity Conservation Department at Zakouma National Park, where he currently serves as Acting Chief of Operations.
