Originally from the Republic of Congo, Sinclair graduated in Marketing from Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT) in South Africa. He has gained over 8 years of experience as a Manager in multinationals such as Brasseries du Congo, a subsidiary of the Heineken group, and CFAO, as well as PUMA ENERGY, a subsidiary of the TRAFIGURA group, where he developed marketing strategies, communication plans, and commercial plans for various brands of products marketed in the Congolese market and the sub-region.

Passionate about biodiversity, Sinclair TCHILOEMBA joined the Fondation Odzala-Kokoua-Lossi in 2024 as the Head of Tourism. This decision reflects his commitment to contributing to the conservation of local biodiversity and promoting Odzala-Kokoua National Park as a tourist destination.
