Philbert joined the NMC team in May 2022. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, a Masters in Financial Management and was accredited a CPA in Kenya. Prior to joining the team Philbert worked at the Rwandan Revenue Authority in large taxpayers' office as tax /senior auditor for 7 years mostly in banking and manufacturing

He also has experience of 7 years in private entities in the area of finance and accounting.
