Philbert Nzaramyayezu

Nzaramyayezu Philbert is a seasoned Financial Controller with more than 19 years of experience spanning finance, accounting, audit, tax, and organizational governance. He joined Nyungwe Management Company (NMC) in May 2022 as the head of Finance and expanded his portfolio in January 2024 to include oversight of Procurement.

Philbert holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in financial management. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), accredited in Kenya. His professional journey includes seven years with the Rwanda Revenue Authority as a Tax/Senior Auditor in the Large Taxpayers’ Office—where he specialized in the banking and manufacturing sectors—followed by seven years in private-sector roles focused on finance and accounting operations.

Beyond his formal qualifications, Philbert has undertaken specialized training in Business Intelligence, Forensic Investigation, and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), along with Biblical Studies. He also has intermediate-level expertise in transfer pricing and advanced proficiency in Excel, underscoring his dedication to technical excellence and continuous professional development.
