Masambo Tapalo

Masambo Tapalo is a seasoned Human Resource professional with over 10 years of experience in the nonprofit, education, and public sectors. He serves as Human Resource Manager at Greater Kafue Landscape, leading strategic HR initiatives supporting conservation and community development efforts.

Masambo has previously held key HR positions at JSI, Development Aid from People to People Zambia, and Texila American University Zambia, where he specialized in talent management, organizational development, and employee relations. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Rusangu University and is recognized for his people-centered leadership and dedication to fostering high-performance workplace cultures.
