Kaliba Owen Mukando is a highly experienced Funding and Reporting Manager with over 20 years of expertise in the development field, both in the public sector and civil society. He has worked with major international NGOs, including WaterAid UK, Oxfam GB and Plan International, as well as the quasi-governmental Zambia Development Agency (ZDA), Zambia’s premier economic development agency. With his passion for building relationships and effective partnership management, he has become an expert in fundraising and grant management. Kaliba is a graduate of the University of Zambia, where he studied public administration with a specialization in development management. He is currently pursuing an MBA with the ESAMI – the East and Southern African Management Institute – to further enhance his knowledge and skills in leadership and sustainable development. At Kafue National Park, Kaliba's goal is to make it a model of excellence for sustainability and donor satisfaction through effective donor engagement, efficient grant management and outstanding donor reporting. His extensive experience and expertise in the development sector make him a valuable asset to the organization and a crucial member of the team.
