Juan Ladu

Juan Ladu is a dedicated humanitarian professional with a degree in Business Administration and Management from Nkumba University, Uganda. Over the past nine years, Juan has built a strong career supporting vulnerable communities through roles that combine programme coordination, operational excellence, and community engagement. Her work reflects a deep commitment to service, professional excellence, and delivering meaningful impact in challenging humanitarian contexts.

She has served in key positions across several international organisations, contributing to both field operations and strategic programme implementation. At DT Global, she worked as a Project Coordination Specialist, ensuring effective planning, execution, and reporting across programme activities. Prior to this, she served as a Project Finance and Administration Officer at Access for Humanity, where she managed project budgets, administrative systems, and operational support functions. Her experience also includes serving as an Operations and Reporting Officer with JAM, where she streamlined reporting mechanisms and strengthened operational efficiency. Earlier in her career, she worked with Relief International as a Community Development Officer, facilitating community engagement initiatives and supporting grassroots empowerment programmes.

She combines strong analytical skills, excellent organisational capacity, and extensive field experience to support programmes that make meaningful differences in people’s lives. Her diverse background across operations, finance, coordination, and community development makes her a dependable professional in the humanitarian and development sector.
