Isidoro Ngoma

Isidoro Ngoma (Isy) completed his bachelor degree in Business Administration at Universidade Lusiada de Angola-Polo de Cabinda in 2014, holds a diploma in Human Resources Management from Stonebridge Associated Colleges London-United Kingdom and in other international European Institution. Started his career in the Oil and gas industry in Cabinda with “Weatherford Drilling-Sucursal de Angola from August 2008 to July 2009 as Travel and Visa Assistant Coordinator and moved to another Drilling contactor within the industry “KCA Deutag Drilling Technical Support-Sucursal de Angola as HR Administrator from July 2009 to March 2014, promoted as Human Resources Manager based in the capital city Luanda from April 2014 to January 2015. Went back in Cabinda in the hospitality sector to manage the Human Resources and executive events in a three star hotel “Executive Paraiso Hotel” from March 2017 to January 2022. Decided to go back to the Oil and Gas sector in a local content service provider “Sercomoil Group” as Operations Coordinator from September 2023 to June 2024. Lastly decided to leave the Oil and Gas and navigate to a new adventure at African Parks as Human Resources Manager in Iona National Park, Angola from July 2024 to date.
