Comlan Florentin Akobi is a specialist in environmental geosciences and sustainable development, the training which complements his engineer’s diploma in Forestry Works in 2008 in Senegal.
In 2012, he obtained a Master’s degree in Project Management and Sustainable Development.
He first worked with Afrikan Parks in 2017 in Pendjari, where he was an assistant trainer for the second and third batch of rangers in Benin.
In November 2023, he had 24 years of professional experience in the forestry administration when he returned to the W National Park, where he held the position of assistant to the head Law Enforcement and then in May 2024, he was appointed Head of Law Enforcement.
