Guidelines for Posting Comments on African Parks’ Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Vimeo Pages

One of the key purposes of our social channels is to allow our followers, and people who are passionate about conservation, to engage with each other, and us, about our work to protect Africa’s wildlife and wild places. We encourage you to submit your questions, comments, thoughts, ideas, and concerns, and voice your opinions, but please note that these channels are moderated online discussion sites.

Once you post a public comment, African Parks reserves the right to delete posts that contain:

  • vulgar language;
  • personal attacks of any kind;
  • offensive comments, including those that target or disparage others.

African Parks also reserves the right to delete posts that are:

  • spam or include links to other sites;
  • off topic;
  • advocate illegal activity;
  • promote particular services, products or organizations;
  • infringe on copyrights or trademarks;
  • conflict with our mission to manage protected areas on behalf of governments across Africa.
