African Parks: A Business Approach to Conservation

African Parks is a non-profit organisation that takes on direct responsibility for the rehabilitation and long-term management of national parks and protected areas, in partnership with governments and local communities. We currently manage 10 parks in seven countries covering six million hectares; our goal is to manage 20 parks by 2020, impacting more than 10 million hectares across Africa, and protecting some of the most endangered species on the planet.
