Pooja Dutt

Pooja Dutt is the Director of African Parks UK, based in London. Prior to AP, Pooja led the international philanthropy team at the International Rescue Committee, overseeing HNWI donors across the globe. Born and raised in Calcutta, Pooja completed her undergraduate degree in Zoology in the US, and her MSc in wildlife conservation in Australia. She was previously head of fundraising at Save the Elephants in Kenya. 

Pooja is a first career fundraiser, having started her career whilst at university in the US, and over the past 20yrs has held fundraising executive roles in higher education, performing arts and the humanitarian sector in the US, Australia, Kenya and the UK. Her role at African Parks is the perfect amalgamation her lifelong passion for conservation and her extensive experience in philanthropy and she is excited to be part of the AP team.
