(FR): Malloum Soultan, enseignant-chercheur à l’Université de N’Djaména, Professeur en Sciences des Matériaux, est né le 4 mai 1967 à Pointe Noire (Congo) de nationalité Tchadienne. Après les études primaires et secondaires au Tchad et au Congo, il a fait ses études supérieures en France et Diplômé de l’INSA de Lyon.  Il était ancien Directeur Général de l’Institut National Supérieur des Sciences et Techniques d’Abéché, ancien Recteur de l’Université de N’Djaména. Actuellement, le Recteur de l’Académie du Centre qui couvre trois provinces du Tchad (Batha, Guera et Salamat), membre du Conseil Consultatif Général du Conseil Africain et Malgache pour l'Enseignement supérieur (CAMES) et membre du Conseil d’Administration de plusieurs institutions.

After primary and secondary education in Chad and Congo, he did his higher education in France and graduated from the INSA of Lyon.  He was former Director General of the Institut National Supérieur des Sciences et Techniques d'Abéché, former Rector of the University of N'Djaména. Currently, the Rector of the Academy of the Centre which covers three provinces of Chad (Batha, Guera and Salamat), member of the General Advisory Council of the African and Malagasy Council for Higher Education (CAMES) and member of the Board of Directors of several institutions.
