He graduated as a civil engineer in 2012 from the National Higher School of Public Works in Yaoundé, Cameroon, and earned a Master’s degree in Business and Organisation Management from the International Institute of Water and Environmental Engineering in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso. Koularambaye Kan-Béyo Rodrigue is Chadian. He has worked in humanitarian interventions as a civil engineer and WASH program manager. He joined APN in March 2023 as an infrastructure engineer at the Siniaka Minia National Park in Chad, overseeing the construction of the new base and infrastructure development. In June 2025, he was promoted to Field Operations Manager at Siniaka Minia National Park. Enthusiastic, he continues to develop his professional technical skills, thereby contributing effectively to APN’s mission.
