Koularambaye Kan-Béyo Rodrigue graduated with a civil engineering degree in 2012 from the National Advanced School of Public Works in Yaoundé, Cameroon. He also holds a Master 2 degree in Business and Organizational Management from the International Institute for Water and Environmental Engineering in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso.
He joined African Parks (APN) in March 2023 as an Infrastructure Engineer at Siniaka Minia National Park in Chad, and he was promoted in June 2025 as Field Operations Manager at the park contributing effectively to the development of park operations.
