Katarzyna joined the Zakouma National Park team in August 2025. She is a qualified lawyer with over 10 years of experience in project management, financial and contract law, as well as compliance. As an independent consultant for more than six years, she has advised SMEs and startups on legal, strategic, and operational matters, with a strong focus on governance, contract negotiation, and organizational development. She has contributed to international projects across multiple continents, demonstrating adaptability, resilience, and a strong commitment to engaging with local communities.
