Jean Baptiste Mamang-Kanga has more than 25 years of experience in conservation and management of protected areas. From 1994 to 2006, he worked in the Protected Area Complex of northeastern CAR. He later worked for the Ministry of Water and Forests as Director of Wildlife and Protected Areas and as Chargé de Mission. He worked for eight years as a specialist in natural resource management, anti-poaching and environmental standards within the Economic Community of Central African States (ECCAS). He joined Chinko in January 2022 as Park Manager.
