Originally from Fada, and with experience in various programs linked to ecosystem conservation at the Ministry of the Environment, Hamid became Deputy Director of the Ennedi Cultural and Natural Reserve in early 2024. He has also worked in the Cabinet of the Ministry of the Environment, where he took part in the various negotiation processes for funding fragile ecosystem conservation and management initiatives. Passionate about nature, he holds a Master's degree in International Relations and Strategic Studies, specializing in the analysis, monitoring and evaluation of large-scale sustainable development and conservation projects.
