Matakidi is a strategic financial and operations management expert with over 14 years of which, over 10 have been spent at senior finance & operations roles supporting International NGOs & development companies steward their resources in a post conflict South Sudan. He has worked for Chemonics International, DAI Global, Christian Aid, Plan International and International Rescue Committee. He has donor experience of USAID, EU, FCDO, Irish Aid, UN among others. His areas of expertise are financial management & reporting, budget development & management, treasury, audit readiness, risk management, implementing partners capacity enhancement, people management, change planning & management, staff coaching & mentoring. He believes in adaptive management and is agile, an attribute required in today’s disruptive world.
