Frederick Jooste

As the Law Enforcement Mentor for African Parks in Badingilo National Park, South Sudan, Frederick supports and guides the ranger leadership to strengthen anti-poaching efforts and improve operational effectiveness. He designs and oversees training programs, enforce safety protocols, and help develop local instructors for long-term capacity building. He advises on equipment, logistics, and ranger welfare, while also leading risk assessments and operational planning. He works closely with government security forces to coordinate law enforcement efforts and ensure accountability in all operations. His focus is to build a disciplined, professional team committed to protecting the park and its wildlife.
