Mr. Mahangue has a Master's degree in Health Management from UNICAF University, a Degree in Social Sciences (Social Psychology) from the Open University of Lisbon, and an Agro-Livestock Technician from the Boane Agrarian Institute. Mahangue brings more than 20 years of technical and management experience in diverse organizations in diverse areas of community program development, such as Health, HIV/AIDS, SRHR (Adolescents and Youth), Nutrition, Education, Care and Early Childhood Development, Agriculture, Livelihoods, advocacy, emergency, gender equity, environmental management and conservation, business management, community mobilization and participation, fundraising, sponsorship program, focusing on well-being and care for young children, adolescent girls and young women (AGYW) and caregivers living in vulnerable communities by establishing coordination between different INGOs, donors and government institutions from the Ministry of Health, MGCAS, MINEDH, MADER and ANAC, both represented at provincial, district level and location. Mr. Mahangue is a qualified professional in managing community development programs considering the development program management cycle and has extensive experience leading different forums and networks on HIV/AIDS, ECD/NC, Education, Health and Social Welfare, bringing great environmental coordination for different areas of health, education, finance, gender, children and social action professionals. Mr. Mahangue has worked in different INGOs and NGOs operating in Mozambique, such as RAF Global, GRP, PATH, World Vision, ADRA, Save the Children, ICRH-M, KULIMA and MINED, performing different roles focused on the Community Development Program.
