Dixie Evance Makwale is the Community Extension Manager for African Parks Majete. Makwale is a Malawian Environmentalist who has worked in the Wildlife Conservation field for more than 20 years and joined African Parks Network in January 2017 from Kasungu National Park where he worked as a Park Manager.  

Education: Dixie holds Bachelors of Science Degree in Biology from Chancellor College the Constituent College of the University of Malawi. He also holds Diploma in Natural Resources Management and Certificate in Wildlife Management. He is currently doing research for his Masters of Science in Managerial Studies with the Malawi Institute of Management (MIM).
