David Nangoma joined African Parks as Community Extension Manager for Liwonde National Park in August, 2015. During six years in this position, African Parks took over the management of Mangochi Forest Reserve for which he was instrumental. David worked with a number of organizations and institutions such as the National Herbarium and Botanical Gardens, CURE, Lake Chilwa Wetland Project, Mzuzu University and Mulanje Mountain Conservation Trust, prior to joining African Parks. David Nangoma took over the position of Park Manager for Nkhotakota Wildlife Reserve in January, 2022.
