Born in the historic city of Abomey in 1961 and studied successively at the National University of Benin (UNB) - Benin, at the Cheikh Anta DIOP University of Dakar (UD) - Senegal and at the Superior School of Economic Sciences and Sales (ESSEC) -Paris / France. Environmental Economist and Fundraiser, he has more than thirty years of experience through noble contributions to grassroots sustainable development, treasurer of international self-promotion structures, and manager of trust funds for the conservation of the biodiversity. Also, he notably held the position of Microfinance Project Coordinator (Community Banks) at the Regional Center for Development and Health (CREDESA), Technical Assistant at the Netherlands Development Organization (SNV) Benin for support for the development of the Mono sub-prefectures, Administrative and Financial Director at the General Secretariat of the International Association `` Center for Economic and Social Studies and Experiments of West Africa '' (CESAO) in Burkina Faso, and Administrative and financial manager of the International Study Office NIRAS / SCANAGRI Denmark A / S for the Support to the Development of the Private Agricultural Sector in Benin. Since 2013, he is the first Executive Director of the West African Savannah Foundation (FSOA), which is an international organization under British law dedicated to the sustainable financing of the conservation of the W-Arly-Pendjari Transboundary Ecosystem Complex (WAP) . Strategic partner alongside the States of Benin, Burkina Faso and Niger, the FSOA coordinates the PTFs involved in the WAP and finances the African Parks Network (APN) with which it collaborates closely for the effective conservation of the national parks of Benin, of which it is delegated management.
