Alexandre Tregoures

Alexandre holds two Master’s degrees in environmental sociology and tropical forest ecosystem management, and has been working with local communities on the outskirts of protected areas on the African continent for almost a decade. He joined the Chinko team in July 2024 as Head of the Commercial Development Department. Before that, he worked for the Gilé Reserve in Mozambique, structuring several value chains, and hen in the Republic of Congo, where he provided technical support in social forestry to the community development department. He brings to Chinko his experience in Redd+ and commercial projects, improving financial stability of the park as well as the good management with local communities.
