Oliver Poldermans is a dedicated professional with a background in wildlife management, having studied in Nelspruit, South Africa. Following his education, he embarked on a diverse career journey that included roles in Operations, Technology, Law Enforcement, and Lodge Management across several African countries. Oliver has been actively involved in conservation efforts in the Central African Republic, Chad (twice), Congo Brazzaville, and Angola, making significant contributions to wildlife protection and habitat management, particularly with African Parks.

In September, Oliver took on the role of Field Operations Manager at Iona National Park, initially in a supporting capacity. Since the beginning of 2024, he has fully assumed the position. Through his work, Oliver continues to demonstrate a strong dedication to preserving natural environments throughout Africa.
