Native of the historic city of Ouidah and a geographer by training, he holds a Masters in Environmental Management from the University of Abomey-Calavi (UAC). Passionate about the protection of natural resources and since he discovered W-Benin in 2000. He lives at Kandi and shares the daily life of neighboring communities. Witness to the evolution of relations between the W-Benin and its neighboring communities, he has served as the executive secretariat of the Regional Union of Village Associations for the Management of Wildlife Reserves since June 2017 with the ambition of strengthening the participation of communities in the conservation.
