Part cookbook, part travelogue, Jamie Sparks’ beautiful new book on her experiences and time in the canvas kitchen at Camp Nomade in Tchad’s Zakouma National Park takes the reader on an evocative journey into the heart of Africa, its people, flavours and incredible wildlife.

Just like African Parks, this book is on a serious mission. Jamie is aiming to donate $100,000 from the profit of the sale of the book to African Parks. Once that goal is reached, 25% of profits from the sale of the book will be donated to African Parks thereafter.
