Youssouf Allatchi Wardougou, a Chadian national, is married and a father of four. He holds a BTS in Environmental Health.

Youssouf joined African Parks in 2018 as an Accountant-Cashier, a role he held until 2019. From 2020 to 2021, he served as a Cashier/HR Assistant. In 2022, he transitioned to the role of HR Assistant, which he held until December 31, 2022. Since January 1, 2023, Youssouf has been serving as the HR Manager, a position he continues to hold to this day.
