Tebogo Skwambane is a former Partner at McKinsey and Company based in South Africa. Tebogo has been a Strategy and Management consultant for almost 20 years, working extensively with senior executives in the pubic and private sectors to unlock organisational potential through talent-led transformations as well as on enhancing the entrepreneurial ecosystems across Africa to accelerate the growth of SME businesses and entrepreneurial activity. Tebogo has worked for Bain and Company, in the US, UK and South Africa and held managerial positions at Eskom Enterprises where she was Strategy Manager in the CEO’s office, in financial services at the International Finance Corporation, World Bank, in Washington D.C. and at Brown Brothers Harriman and Company in Boston. Tebogo is a highly accomplished business leader having completed her MBA at Harvard Business School and her B.A. Honours at Dartmouth College. Tebogo was also selected as a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader and continues to support human capital development and the growth of developing markets through her various ventures.
