Nestor W Nikiema was born in Ouagadougou in the Kadiogo province of Burkina Faso. In 2019, he joined the Pendjari National Park as head of maintenance, in 2020, he became head of maintenance and construction, and acted as the interim operations manager, and became the field operations Manager in 2023. He has degrees in communications tower installation, renewable energy and electromechanics.
