Marc is a Human Resources professional with over a decade of successful experience in talents acquisition and Human Resources management. He joined African Parks’ Team in 2017 in the role of HR Manager for Pendjari Park. In 2019, he moved to the role of Country HR Manager for African Parks in Benin. From 2022, Marc has been providing in the role of WAP HR Manager overall advice, coordination, leadership and management on all aspects of human resource management for the WAP Complex in synergy with Head Office and country policies and procedures. Marc is passionate about people wellness and performance and strongly believe these are the key factors enabling to achieve the organization’s objectives.
