After her HR diploma and after completing professional internships in the field, she partially approached HR management by working with the Administrative Manager of the SODECO Factory in Parakou. She then joined African Parks in 2019 and has held the position of Human Resources Manager of the Pendjari National Park since January 2023, after having served for 03 years as HR Assistant. She helps the Park to ensure human resource management for the acquisition of ideal people for various positions and to optimize a general management policy for all of the Park's human capital.
