Simon joined Zimbabwe’s National Park and Wildlife Management Authority (ZNPWMA) as a ranger in 2004. He worked tirelessly to educate himself taking every opportunity presented to him, rising to Accounts Clerk within the ZNPWMA in 2012, to Internal Auditor in 2015 and Senior Accountant in 2020. He sat on the Board for the ZNPWMA’s Health Fund from 2017 to 2019. In 2021, Simon joined the Matusadona Conservation Trust as the Financial Accountant before becoming Financial Controller in March 2022, his position to date. Simon is a Registered Public Accountant, a Certified Public Accountant and an Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators graduate. He holds a Master of Commerce Degree and a National Foundation Certificate in Wildlife Management. He is currently reading for a degree in law.
