Rodrigo joined Bazaruto in 1999 as Community Development Manager. From 2014 to 2018 he acted as the Human Resources Manager after which he moved back to the community department. He has been acting Community Development Manager since March 2023. Rodrigo holds degrees in Public Administration and in School Administration and Management.  Rodrigo is currently the longest serving management member in Bazaruto.
