Jean Yves has more than 25 years of professional experience and has worked as the Head of technical education and professional training at the Benin Ministry of Technical Education and Professional Training for five years. He also worked as  the agricultural and artisanal vocational training program (PAFPAA) Coordinator for HELVETAS Swiss Inter cooperation in Benin. Passionate about associative work, Jean Yves joined African Park in Pendjari as Community development Manager in 2017. He contributed the management of the park by maintaining good socio-political relations and ensuring the implementation of the community development program (3E - Education, Economy and Environment). He served as Deputy Director from March 2019 to January 2020 and was promoted to the position of Pendjari national park manager, which he occupied for two years and half before moving to the new role of Stakeholders and Liaison Manager for Pendjari and W-Benin national Parks since July 2022.
