Beninese Conservation professional and developer of the rural world, Eric has a University Diploma in Protected Areas Management, building on diplomas in agronomy and natural resources management. Deeply believing in rural community development through conservation, Eric owns over 15 years’ cumulative strong experience in project management and leadership positions. Author of numerous research expeditions initiatives, community-based projects, inter-force expeditions and management decision-making at regional level, he is part of an elite group of West African law enforcement professionals combatting transnational organized wildlife crime. He joined African Parks in 2020 as a Grant Manager for a German funded project and moved to the role of funding and reporting manager for Pendjari National Park. Since August 2023, Eric took a new role building on his various experiences and networks to represent African Parks in Benin and enhance impact on conservation.
