Armando Jacinto Ouana is a Mozambican national and holds a postgraduate degree in accounting and audit, a Bachelor of Education and Commerce degree in accounting and management obtained in 2006. He is an experienced finance professional who has worked for the past 15 years in an NGO and government environment. He has risen through the ranks starting off as a junior accountant to the current position of finance manager.
