Statement by African Parks on the Search for Two French Nationals and a Guide in Pendjari National Park, Benin
On the evening of Wednesday, May 1st, the park management of Pendjari National Park in Benin was informed that two French nationals staying at Pendjari Lodge, with their privately contracted tour guide, had not returned from an afternoon safari in the northeast of the park. They were last seen driving a rented Ford SUV.
They have since been actively sought after, with the support of the Beninese authorities and in coordination with French authorities.
