Zoha Mazrooei is a Multidisciplinary Human Rights Advocate by training with more than a decade of experience in the humanitarian and civil society sectors. She has worked for reputed organizations such as Médicins Sans Frontières and the United Nations in several African countries, as well as the Middle East, Pacific, Asia and Europe, performing a variety of roles, from direct engagement with communities and populations affected by conflict, poverty and other forms of violations and deprivations, high-level advocacy work in promotion and protection of human rights and humanitarian law for defending the rights of the most marginalized population. Zoha’s passion for Human Rights and experience working with local populations have led her to take the thrilling opportunity to join APN in its efforts to develop and enhance promotion and protection of human rights and safeguarding mechanisms for the people living within the confines of the parks managed by the organization.
