Toni Condon has 20 years of experience in development and fundraising management with an emphasis on major gifts.    She most recently served as the Deputy Director of the Philanthropy Department at The Humane Society of the United States and was responsible for managing a team of 10  regional gift officers,   working across   the country and internationally to secure major gifts.
