Tom Gallagher is a Principal at the Scowcroft Group and an adjunct professor at Georgetown’s McCourt School of Public Policy. Prior to joining Scowcroft, he worked for Wall Street research firms analysing the impact of policy actions and political developments on financial markets.  He has degrees from the University of South Dakota and Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government.  After spending 35 years in Washington, DC, Tom and his wife, Nancy, split their time between Florida and the Black Hills of South Dakota.
