Baron Samuel van der Feltz (1954) holds a Masters degree in Law from the University of Utrecht and is an AMP alumnus of Harvard Business School. He started his career at Unilever in 1979 and held various international marketing and general management positions. From 1997 till 2001 he was member of the Board of Unilever Netherlands. In 2001 Sam joined the Executive Committee of Taylor Nelson Sofres PLC. From 2006 onwards, he concentrated his business activities into an advisory and participating role for Private Equity companies in London and Amsterdam. In the period 2009 - 2017, Sam van der Feltz held the position of CEO at IBFD in Amsterdam, a company in legal scientific publishing. Retired in 2017, Sam now serves on 4 boards as Chairman (Cyber Security, Wildlife conservation in Africa, Arts & Museum and Consumer goods). He lives in Amsterdam, has 3 children and 6 grandchildren.
