Neil was born and brought up in Zimbabwe and latterly educated in the UK. He worked in finance for 35 years and has significant knowledge and understanding of emerging markets, including Africa and the Asia Pacific region. He was most recently the CEO of Credit Suisse in Hong Kong and Chairman of Greater China and the Asset Management business. He worked at Credit Suisse for 18 years. Currently Neil serves as Executive Chairman Private Credit of ADM Capital and as a Director of the ADMC Foundation. 

Neil is now focusing his energies on sustainability and his passion for conservation in Africa. Based in Hong Kong providing African Parks a link to Asia and doing what he can to get Asia to help Africa, as opposed to hurting it via trafficking and consumption of animal parts.
