Moïse BERTRAND NSEGBE is a Cameroonian citizen with over 10 years of experience with an international « Big 4 » consulting firm where he served in the Cameroonian practice, with coverage of Central African Republic, Chad and Gabon, as Deputy Head of the International Development Assistance Services Department (IDAS) and was also nominated as member of the Global IDAS Steering Committee. Holder of a master degree in auditing and control, he has enthusiastically integrated African Parks Network as Financial Controller of W National Park in Benin since 2019.
