Mbulelo is African Parks' Human Resources Director. He holds a BSc, a postgraduate diploma in higher education, and an HR management diploma. Currently, he is completing his MBA. Mbulelo has over 23 years' experience in HR across various industry sectors, including government, finance, research, pharmaceutical, and more recently conformity assessment. Mbulelo has more than 12 years experience in HR management. Previously, he worked at Novartis as HR Director and Country Head of HR, and at SABS as GM HR.
