Markus is the Chief Executive Chairman of MF Jebsen Group which is engaged in travel management, insurance brokerage, automobiles, venture capital and electronics among others.

He supports several wildlife conservation NGOs and has personally invested in several large nature conservation and rewilding projects in Denmark, Romania, Australia but in particular Africa. Africa is his main focus as he sees an urgent need given the pressure on ever fewer remaining wild spaces.
