Mandane worked for the Ministry of Water, Forests, Hunting and Fishing of the Central African Republic from 15 September 2011 until April 2016 when he joined Chinko as head of the armoury and ammunition. He later moved on to the Law Enforcement Department and in November 2021 became Head of Law Enforcement.
